HOW WILDFIT WORKS:
The WildFit Challenge is a 90-day mentorship program where you will learn:
- How to work with the 6 Human Hungers so you can interpret cravings correctly (because your body doesn’t actually want an entire pint of ice cream!)
- How to eat in alignment with the 4 natural food seasons for humans
- Exactly which foods tell the body to go into Spring (the fat-burning season)
- Proven mindset & behavioral techniques to make sure that you NEVER feel powerless to food again
- How to access your intuition (instead of willpower) to guide your food choices, and much more!
The WILDFIT Challenge has two primary components:
1.) The WildFit Video Coaching Program. On the video, our founder, Eric Edmeades, will teach you the WildFit philosophy and walk you through every step of this 90-day process, including all the food changes you’ll be making.
A link to the videos will be emailed to you directly from WildFit Head Office. I’ve already sent them your email address, so there’s nothing for you to do.
2.) Live Coaching: For the first two weeks and the final week of the program, we’ll meet several times a week. For all others weeks, we’ll meet twice a week on Mondays and Fridays for one hour. The purpose of these live coaching sessions is to review the WildFit content, discuss what you’re learning and any challenges, exchange recipe ideas, and of course, celebrate your successes!
We take confidentiality seriously, which is why our simple policy is: Everything said in our virtual meeting room stays in the room. Please honor your fellow participants by not repeating anything we discuss. If you are enrolled in our WILDFIT Private Program, please understand that I maintain the strictest level of confidentiality with all your information.
